Fruity Brown Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and seeded
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup vanilla or lemon yogurt
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
