Ingredients

  • 6 cups white rice flour
  • 3 cups tapioca flour, preferably Shiloh Farms
  • 1 1/2 cups potato starch
  • 2 tablespoons xanthan gum
  • 1 tablespoon salt

In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 year.
