Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- franks red hot sauce
- cooking spray
- salt
- 2 tortillas
- 2 slices pepper jack cheese
Preparation
Step 1
crack egg into bowl, throw away shells
pop yolk, scramble egg
spray pan with Pam
cook egg
take egg out of pan onto plate
spray pan again with Pam
place tortilla in pan
flip tortilla over
add torn cheese to tortilla
add egg on top of cheese
fold over
place on plate
sprinkle hot sauce on quesa ding-dong
