Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 4 medium size sweet potatoes peeled and cut up.
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1 t vanilla
• 9 " deep dish pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sweet potatoes until fork tender.

Drain water and mash potatoes

Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Pour mixture into 9" deep dish pie crust

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes until crust is brown.
