Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 2/3 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and chopped coursely
Preparation
Step 1
Bring cooked rice, milk, vanilla and a pinch of salt to a simmer in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until creamy, 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in white chocolate chips and let sit a few minutes. Serve over cherries.
