Creamy Chicken Primavera

Ingredients

  • 2 t margarine
  • 3/4 lb or 2 boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 lb package Green Giant Past Accents Primavera Frozen Vegetables with Pasta
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup (generous) light sour cream
  • 1 T Parmesan cheese
  • Dash of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine in large skillet over medium to high heat

Add chicken; cook until no longer pink

Add vegetables with pasta and water; stir to combine

Cover and reduce heat to medium

Simmer for 7-9 minutes or until vegetables are crisp - tender stirring occasionally

Stir in sour cream, heat thoroughly

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
