Ingredients
- 1 lb (2 large) boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
- 1 T oil
- 1 T chili powder
- 16 oz package of salad greens
- 1 jar (8 oz) salsa
- 1 bottle (8 oz) Ranch dressing
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken in oil and chili powder in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat for 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
Toss chicken, greens, salsa, dressing and cheese in large bowl
Top with crushed chips before serving.
