Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ziti
- 1 bag of fresh broccoli florets
- 2 lb roasted cicken
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook ziti for about 12 mins. Add broccoli the last 4 mins.
2. Meanwhile, strip the meat from chicken.
3. Drain ziti and broccoli, reserving about 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
4. Toss the pasta, broccoli and chicken with pesto and reserved water.
5. Heat over low heat until very hot. Add grated parmesan cheese.
