Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) package frozen Walleye fillets
- 1-1/2 Tbsp fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 3 or 4 lemon wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Let fish stand at room temperature 20 minutes.
Do not thaw completely.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Butter a baking dish large enough to hold fish in a single layer; set aside.
Cut fish into 3 or 4 equal portions in milk, then roll in crumb mixture to coat.
Arrange coated fish in buttered dish; drizzle with butter.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish tests done.
Serve with lemon wedges.
