Tuna Salad Cups

  • 1 (3 oz.) pouch StarKist Ready Made Tuna Salad, Chunk Light or Albacore
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, diced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup diced onion (optional)
  • 8 -10 premade mini frozen pie shells or frozen mini filo shells, thawed
  • 2 – 3 fresh basil leaves, sliced



Step 1

Bake mini pie crusts according to package directions, if needed.
Mix Tuna salad, hard-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes and onion in a small bowl.
Spoon tuna salad mix into pie shells and top with fresh basil leaves.
