  • 8 SLICES OF FRENCH BREAD
  • OLIVE OIL
  • 1/2 TSP DRIED THYME LEAVES
  • 1/2 TSP DRIED BASIL LEAVES
  • 1 CUP CHEDDAR, SWISS, MONTERREY JACK CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

*MAKE SURE BREAD IS CUT 1/2 INCH THICK. PREPARE AND HEAT GRILL.

*BRUSH BOTH SIDES OF BREAD WITH OLIVE OIL.

*COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN MEDIUM BOWL AND TOP BREAD WITH THIS CHEESE MIXTURE

*PLACE ON GRILL COVER GRILL AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT 2-4 MINUTES OR UNTIL BREAD IS TOASTED AND CHEESE IS MELTED
