Ingredients

  • 2-3

    cups baby carrots

  • 1/2 to 3/4

    stick of margarine

  • 1

    T brown sugar

  • 2

    t apricot preserves

Directions

Mix and stir margarine, brown sugar and apricot preserves together. Cover carrots with water in saucepan with lid on; bring to a boil them simmer until fork tender. Drain carrots. Stir in mixture with the carrots; simmer where it barely bubbles, approximately 20-30 minutes...stirring frequently.
