Cooked Carrots

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups baby carrots
- 1/2 to 3/4 stick of margarine
- 1 T brown sugar
- 2 t apricot preserves

Step 1
Mix and stir margarine, brown sugar and apricot preserves together.
Cover carrots with water in saucepan with lid on; bring to a boil them simmer until fork tender.
Drain carrots.
Stir in mixture with the carrots; simmer where it barely bubbles, approximately 20-30 minutes...stirring frequently.
