Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh Jumbo Shrimp
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler.
Shell and devein shrimp, leaving fantail on.
Split each shrimp lengthwise 1/2 inch from the end opposite the tail.
Combine all remaining ingredients for seasoning mixture. Mix well.
Dip shrimp in seasoning mixture.
Place in a shallow pan in a single layer.
Pour remaining sauce over.
Broil 6 to 8 minutes.
Remove shrimp to warm platter and pour some drippings from pan over shrimp.
