Ingredients
- 1 cup of Walnuts chopped
- 1 package of Ramen Noodles (uncooked; broken - discard flavor package)
- 4 T unsalted butter or margarine
- 1 bunch broccoli flowerets
- 1 head of Romaine Lettuce (washed and broken)
- 4 green onions; chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Brown Walnuts, and noodles in butter, then cool on paper towels.
Combine noodles and walnuts with broccoli, onions, and lettuce/
Pour dressing over to coat well
