Ingredients
- 1 large sliced onion
- Grated peel and juice of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons each of Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 4 each chicken drumsticks and thighs each with the skin removed
- 1 cup of dried fruit(we tried 1/2 cup each of apricots and cranberries)

Preparation
Step 1
1) Place onion slices on the bottom of the slow cooker. Mix orange peel,
juice, Worcestshire sauce, soy sauce, mustard and garlic in a large bowl, add
chicken and toss to coat. Place all in slow cooker then add dried fruit.
2) Cover an cook on low for 8 hours or until chicken is tender.
