Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- Real Mayonnaise
- Sliced Almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse fillets, pat dry.
Place them skin side down on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Spread a thin layer (about 1/8" thick) of mayonnaise over the cut surface.
Sprinkle with sliced almonds (optional).
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
The fish is done when it is opaque but still juicy.
