Cajun Shrimp

  • 1 lb of large shrimp (Approximately 18 shrimp); peeled, deveined and tails left on.
  • 1 T Cajun spice
  • 2 t paprika
  • 1 1/2 T vegetable oil



Step 1

In a bowl, toss shrimp with Cajun spice, paprika, and oil until weill coated.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat,

Cook shrimp; turning occassionally fo r6 minutes or until lightly browned and barely opaque in center.

(Note: Another option - The seasoned shrimp can be threaded on skewers (6-8 on each skewer) and broiled on a foil-lined pan for 3 minutes on each side.)
