  • 6 - 8 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can of milk
  • 1/2 # grated Colby cheese
  • 1/2 # grated pepper jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Put half of the potatoes (peeled and sliced) and onions (peeled and sliced) in a baking dish. add 1/2 of each cheese. Add remaining potatoes and onions, topped by remaining cheese.

In a bowl, mix milk with soup and pour over top of potatoes and cheese. Bake, covered 2 hours, and uncovered 1 hour until browned at 350 degrees.
