Zucchini and Tomato Tart
- Brisee Tart shell
- Sliced zucchini
- Sliced tomato
- Grated gruyere cheese
- Chopped basil
- Olive oil
- Chopped garlic
- Whole basil leaves
1. Blind bake brisee shell.
2. Sprinkle cheese on bottom of crust.
3. Cover with a layer of basil leaves.
4. In a bowl, gently toss zucchini, tomatoes, chopped basil, garlic, salt and pepper.
5. Overlap and alternate tomatoes and zucchini in tart shell.
6. Bake at 400 degrees until tomatoes and zucchhini are soft.
