Ingredients
- 1 PKG 8 OZ LIGHT CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
- 1/2 CUP MAYO
- 1 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 2 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH CHIVES
- 1 TSP DRIED PARSLEY
- 1/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
- 8 SLICE BACON, COOKED UNTIL CRISP

Step 1
1 PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350
2 PLACE IN FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER PROCESS THE CREAM CHEESE AND MAYO UNTIL SMOOTH
3 IN MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE, CHEDDAR, CHIVES, PARSLEY, AND GARLIC POWDER UNTIL WELL COMBINED. SPREAD THE MIXTURE EVENLY ON THE BOTTOM OF A 9 INCH GLASS PIE PLATE.
4 USE PAIR OF KITCHEN SCISSORS TO CUT THE COOKED BACON INTO SMALL PIECES. GARNISH THE TOP OF THE CHEESE SPREAD WITH BACON PIECES, BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES. SERVE WITH LOW CARB CRACKERS.
