Cream Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Boiling Water
  • 1/2 Cup Shortening
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 4 Eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Add boiling water to shortening. Mix in flour. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Beat in all eggs until smooth. Cool slightly. Drop by spoonfuls on greased pan about 2" apart. bake 1/2 hour. Cool. Cut hole in side and fill with whipped cream. Bake 350F
