  • Crust:

  • 1-½

    cups oreo cookie crumbs, crushed

    tablespoons melted butter

Crust: 1. Mix melted butter with oreo cookie crumbs and press into bottom and 1-1/2" up the side of a springform pan. Cake: 2. Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. 3. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. 4. Keep mixer on low speed during mixing and beating process. 5. Add sugar gradually and continue beating cream cheese until mixed through. 6. Add eggs, one at a time, and continue to beat until blended. 7. Measure the vanilla and flour, pour into the cream cheese and egg mixture and beat until smooth. 8. Add the sour cream and beat well. 9. Turn off the mixer and stir in the coarsely chopped oreo cookies with a spoon. 10. Pour cream cheese mixture into springform pan and place the ten coarsely chopped oreo cookies on top of the cream mixture. 11. Place pan on the top rack and in the middle of a preheated oven at 325 degrees F and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 12. When time is up, prop the oven door open and let the cheesecake stay in the oven for 1 hour. 13. Remove from oven. 14. Let cool enough to place in refrigerator for 24 hours.
