Bread Ring Appetizer

A great looking appetizer made with french bread dough.

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 6 1/2 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/3 c sliced deli hard salami, chopped
  • 1/3 c red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c ripe olives, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • This will be mixed together to make the filling.
  • 2 pkgs french bread dough in the tubes (Pillsbury)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Put the 2 loaves together to form a ring on a greased pizza pan seam side down and join ends. Cut 8 diagonal slashed on top. Lightly spray with oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 26-30 minutes. When cool, cut in half lengthwise and fill with filling. Cut into slices.
