Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 pounds mushrooms sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 pack Lipton soup mix
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix beef, mushrooms, soup, red wine and water in caserole
Sprinke soup mix on top Cover and back at 350 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
Check after 2 hours add water if needed.
Serve over noodles
