Pesto

Ingredients

  • Basal leaves
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive Oil extra virgin
  • Crushed garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Use small food processor
Break off Basal leaves, wash and dry on paper towels
Fill the food processor with Basal leaves
place 1 cup cheese, 1 cup oil and 4 tsp garlic on top
Food process until mixed
Repeat until have sufficient amount
