  • 3-4 Yellow Squash Washed, Sliced Thin
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion, Sliced Thin
  • 1/4 C Roasted Red Peppers
  • 2 T EVOO
  • 1 T Butter
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Large Skillet Over Medium Heat With EVOO & Butter, Add Squash, Onion & Peppers. Add Salt & Pepper. Saute Until Tender.
