Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 Squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 Cups Icing sugar
  • 1/3 Cups Dark Rub
  • 2 Cups finely crushed vinilla wafers
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate over hot water. Add syrup, sugar, rum, crumbs and nuts. Mix well. Chill until firm enough to handle. Shape into 1 inch balls. Dip in egg white and toll in chocolate or chopped pecans. Store in airtight container in fridge at least 1 week.
