Ingredients
- 2 Squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
- 1/4 Cups Icing sugar
- 1/3 Cups Dark Rub
- 2 Cups finely crushed vinilla wafers
- 1 Cup Finely Chopped Peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate over hot water. Add syrup, sugar, rum, crumbs and nuts. Mix well. Chill until firm enough to handle. Shape into 1 inch balls. Dip in egg white and toll in chocolate or chopped pecans. Store in airtight container in fridge at least 1 week.
