Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cups Flour
- 1 1/4 Cups Cornstarch
- 6 1/2 Tsps Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 1/2 Cups Cold Water
- 1/2 Tsp Oil
- 1 Lb Shrimp
- 2 1/2 Cups Flacked Coconut
- 1 Cup Marmalade
- 1/4 Honey
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in water oil. Dip shrimp and then in coconut. Deep Fry. Drain
Heat marmalade and honey. Stir until bended.
