Coconut Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/4 Cups Cornstarch
  • 6 1/2 Tsps Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cold Water
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil
  • 1 Lb Shrimp
  • 2 1/2 Cups Flacked Coconut
  • 1 Cup Marmalade
  • 1/4 Honey

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in water oil. Dip shrimp and then in coconut. Deep Fry. Drain
Heat marmalade and honey. Stir until bended.
