Carrot Pineapple Cake

  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2/3 Cup Salad Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Shredded Carrot
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapple (With juice)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix until moistened, beat for 2 minutes at medium. Bake in a greased and floured 9X9 pan for 35 minutes, 350'F.
