Ingredients
- Rosemary & sage
- 2 large baking potatoes
- 1 T fresh rosemary, fine minced
- 1 t dried sage
- 1 T black pepper, coarse ground
- 1 t salt
- Cheesy grilled
- 16 small new potatoes
- 1/4 c green onion, thin sliced
- 1 t black pepper
- 1 t garlic salt
- 2 T lowfat cheddar cheese, shred
- nonfat cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
clean potatoes & cut into 1/4" thick slices. Pat dry. Lightly coat grill with spray. Preheat 5 min.
Rosemary & Sage
Place potatoe slices in single layer on grill and sprinkle with rosemary, sage, pepper and salt on top. Grill 7-9 min.
Cheesy Grilled
Place 1/2 potatoe slices in single layer on grill add 1/2 onions and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Grill 7-9 min. Place grilled potatoes on warmed serving tray and top with half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
