Easy drop scones

This are great and easy to make. Can fill with any favorite dried fruit and even chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1/3 c plus 1T sugar, divided
- 2 teas baking powder
- 1/4 teas salt
- 6 T cold butter
- 1/2 c fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/3 c dried cranberries
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 large egg

Step 1
Heat oven to 425. Grease a cookie sheet. Mix together flour, 1/3 c sugar, baking powder, salt and butter. Stir in fresh and dried cranberries, Beat egg and milk add to cranberry mixture. Stir until moist. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 2" apart. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 12 to 14 minutes until golden.
