Ingredients
- 1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
- 1 t ginger
- 1 t vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 T honey
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 fresh pineapple slices 1/2" thick (or 4 canned slices)
- nonfat cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Coat grill with spray and preheat 5 min. Blend soy, ginger, oil, garlice and honey. Place chicken in grill and spoon sauce over each piece. Grill 3 min. (sauce will melt and drip into tray). Place 1 pineapple slice on each chicken grill 3-5 min. If desired, you may pour melted sauce over grilled chicken to serve.
