- 1/2 roasted red pepper
- 1 jalapeno
- 4 green onions
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
