Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Crisco
  • 3 Tbsps Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 3/4 Cups Flour
  • 3/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 3/4 Tsp. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first five ingredients until blended. Add egg, beat. Add dry ingredients until blended. Drop by Tbsp on baking sheet. Put crosses on with a fort. Bake at 375F for 7-8 minutes until begins to brown. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet then place on tin foil to finish cooling.
