Ingredients
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped yellow onion
- 1 jalapeno chile pepper, roughly chopped
- 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

In food processor, combine ingredients. Process until smooth.
