Spinach & Artichoke Gratin

Ingredients

  • 2- 10 oz pkg froz chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 13 1/2 oz can of artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1 6 oz can of sliced water chestnuts
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 t. onion pepper
  • 1/2 t. garlic salt
  • 1/3 c. fresh bread crumbs (toasted in 2 T butter)
  • 1/3 c. grated real parm cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Squeeze spinach dry. Put in a bowl and add melted butter, softened cream cheese, artichokes, water chestnuts and spices. Mix well. Place in greased 2 qt gratin pan. Cover with grated Parmesan. Then cover with toasted bread crumbs.

Bake in 400 degreen oven for 20-25 min.
