Spinach Beef Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pack frozen chopped spinach (10 oz)
  • 8 oz pack of cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonayse
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbls. dill weed
  • 2 1/2 oz jar Armor sliced dried beef
  • 1 can sliced water chessnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cook, drain and cool Spinach
Place dried beef in water and rinse then dry off and chop
Chop up water chessnuts
Combine ingredients
Refridgerate

Cut out sour dough round loaf and put dip in middle
Serve with vegetables.
