Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 3 (12 ounce) bags semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (8 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Butter a 9 by 13-inch baking dish.
Combine the sugar and milk in a large, heavy pot over high heat. Bring to a rolling boil and cook, stirring constantly, for 7 minutes, until the mixture looks creamy and glossy. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate chips, butter and marshmallow cream. Stirring for 5 minutes, until melted, smooth and well blended. Stir in the vanilla.
Scrape into the prepared baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cutting. Store covered and refrigerated.
