Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup creme de menthe
- 3 ounces white chocolate squares, melted
- 1 frosted mint chocolate bar
Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
1. Combine chocolate wafer crumbs with melted butter.
2. Press into bottom and 2" up the side of a 9" springform pan.
Cake:
3. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until very smooth.
5. Beat in eggs, one at a time, just until blended.
6. Beat in creme de menthe and melted white chocolate.
7. Pour over prepared crust and bake for 50 minutes or until center is set.
8. Remove from oven and run knife around sides of pan to loosen.
9. Cool at room temperature.
10. Chill overnight.
