Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 tsp minced red onion
- 2 tsp lemon jiuce
- 1 tsp horse radish
- 8 oz crumbled BBQ or Smoked Salmon
- 1/2 tsp dry dill OR 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp dry parsley flakes

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, horse radish, salmon & dill until creamy. Transfer into serving dish and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with snack crackers.
