oz cream cheese
tsp minced red onion
tsp lemon jiuce
tsp horse radish
oz crumbled BBQ or Smoked Salmon
tsp dry dill OR 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
tsp dry parsley flakes
Mix cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, horse radish, salmon & dill until creamy. Transfer into serving dish and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with snack crackers.
