Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes (we bake the potatoes first and then skin and mash)
- 1/4 to 1 cup sugar (1/4 cup is usually sweet enough)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 to 1 stick butter(softened)
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg if desired.
- Mix and pour into buttered casserole dish

Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 to ½ cup flour
1/3 to ½ cup melted butter
Mix all together and Sprinkle over potatoes
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
