Ingredients
- 2 (20oz) cans of pineapple chunks in juice
- 1/2 gal apple cider
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- BBQ Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place pineapple chunks apple cider and lemon juice in a large blender, blend until smooth.
2. Pour in to a large sauce pan and cook on med-high heat until reduced by 1/2. Add 1/2 cup basting sauce to 1 cup BBQ sauce and baste on meat.
NOTE: This sauce can be used without BBQ sauce
