    c. smooth peanut butter

  • 1

    c. corn syrup

  • c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • c. small flake 20 minutes oats (use regular large oats and process in food processor to make small flakes)

  • 2

    c. chopped dry roasted peanuts


1. Chop peanuts in food processor until coarse. 2. Line a 10 x 6 inch pan with tin foil, then grease well. 3. Place peanut butter and corn syrup in a saucepan. Bring to a low boil, stir well and remove from heat. 4. Add chocolate chips, oats and peanuts. 5. Mix well until chocolate is melted and combined evenly. 6. Pour mixture into preepared pan. 7. Chill to harden, then slice into bars
