Fresh Tomato Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 tube (10 oz) refrigerated pizza crust
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 6 ripe Italian tomatoes (Roma), sliced 1/4" thick
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Unroll pizza crust on prepared cookie sheet, press into a 13 x 10" rectangle.
Bake 12-14 minutes until lightly browned. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
Mix cheeses and thyme until well blended. Spread evenly on crust. Top with tomatoes, drizzle tomatoes with oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Bake 8 minutes just to warm tomatoes and develop flavors.
Shortly before serving: Cut pizza into 24 pieces. Serve warm or at room temperature.
