Butter Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 cup cold water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Cut butter into 1/2" cubes and cut into dry mixture until mixture is crumbly.
3. Add water, little at a time, working dough until it pulls together.
4. Flour surface and roll out dough.
