Breakfast Polenta

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup polenta
  • 2 T. Splenda
  • 1/2 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1


Bring milk and water toaboil. Reduce heat. Stirring constantly, pour polenta in a thin stream, breaking up any lumps.

Simmer 20-40 minutes.
