  • 1 C Graham crackers
  • 1 C plus 3 tbs sugar
  • 3 Tbs butter, melted
  • 4 pckg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C Sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 C Blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. preheat oven to 325. Mix crumbs, 3 tbs sugar and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of foil lined baking pan and bake 10 min
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla in a bowl with a mixer until blended. Add sour cream mix, then add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Pour over crust. Puree blueberries in a blender. Drop spoonful's of blueberries over batter. Cut through batter several times with knife for marble effects.
3. Bake 45 min until center is set. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
