• 1 cup dark Mexican beer, such as Negra Modelo
• 2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
• 1 tsp. dried oregano
• 1 tsp. kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
