Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons espresso powder
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup milk
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups fresh berries
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, espresso powder and gelatin.
2. Stir in milk.
3. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until gelatin dissolves.
4. In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
5. Gradually beat in milk mixture.
6. Chill 1 hour or until partially set.
7. Cover and chill 1-1/2 hours or until firm.
8. In a chilled mixing bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute or until cream just begins to thicken.
9. Add gelatin mixture; beat 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth.
10. Fold in chopped chocolate.
11. Cover and chill for 15 to 30 minutes or until mousse mixture mounds when spooned.
12. Serve over berries.
