Ingredients
- 3 Eggs Separated (before you screw up)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 tsp All Purpose Flour
- 1-1/4 cup Milk
- 2 tbl Melted Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 cup Ccoconut

Preparation
Step 1
Beat Egg Yolks
Add Sugar & Flour (which has been blended)
Add Butter & Mix Well being careful not to begin cooking the eggs
Add Milk
Stir thoroughly
Add Vanilla & Coconut
Beat Egg White until fluffy
Fold in Eggs Whites
Pour into unbaked pie shell
Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes
Bake @ 300 for 20 minutes
